CALTAC wants to keep you up to date on what's happening in public libraries statewide. And we want you see how libraries across the state are meeting challenges and providing services to their patrons.
CALTACTICS
The CALTAC newsletter keeps you posted on activities and legislation that affect your local library. Officers communicate the CALTAC vision and goals in order to keep the focus on service improvements. Libraries around the state are featured, and library websites are highlighted.
Awards
Awards are given to members, supporters, and friends as a part of our ongoing effort to improve quality services. Multiple awards are presented annually at the CALTAC Luncheon held at the California Library Association Conference. This year's Conference, "Navigating the New: Charting the Future Together," is combined with the California School Library Association and will be held November 12-15, 2010 at the Sacramento Convention Center.
